I am unable to activate HBO max via SkyQ. I phone Sky and explained the issue (only the basic £5.99 options comes up). They talked me through the instructions which I followed and they advised to still select that option and that I wouldn't be charged. The person I spoke to said he double checked and I definitely would be charged. I was charged x2 £5.99 before I realised. Contacted Sky again and they said they would refund me, and they haven't. They advised to cancel that subscription and that it would then work via sky, which obviously I thought was unlikely given it didn't work before. It's still not working (only option is to subscribe for £5.99 or more), and sky have not refunded me as promised for following their incorrect instructions.
