Unable to access correct Netflix account

I pay for Netflix as part of my sky bundle. After not watching any TV for a couple of months I put my Sky Q back on but it is now linked to a Spanish speaking persons account.  I tried to log into my Netflix account online but it looks like I don't have an account with them and I'm getting asked to sign up again.

How can I get wrong account removed and mine reinstated?
