Unable to access YouTube

  • Can you please advice me on how I can get YouTube on my TV. I have been onto my internet provider and they say I need to speak to someone at Sky as they have run checks and there isn't a problem with their end. I used to get YouTube but since I have changed to digital (Eero) I have not been able to get YouTube.

Not sure why you'd need to speak to Sky for a problem with your TV?  Have you updated the connectivity settings on your TV to connect to the internet?

 

If you've installed a mesh then Q boxes are unlikely to stay connected unless connected via ethernet.
