For the first time tonight, I've tried to use ITV X via my sky app. I've been asked to enter my

login details (Presumably Sky). I have done this, but my details are unrecognised.

Can anyone assist me? What am I doing wrong?

You need to create an ITVX account first with it's own username and password.

You can then login on a SkyQ box via the ITVX app using the newly created username/password.
