Trying to download Series 11 of Blue Bloods from Sky Witness. We have don't have an HD subscription. What we always do is to go into the "All Formats" area and select the "Standard Defintion" option to download. To date this has worked for every programme we have downloaded. The "Standard Defintion" option is there as usual and we have selected it.
But this time it hasn't worked. I keep being told to "Press the red button to upgrade." Is anyone else having this issue or perhaps know how to solve it?

If you haven't already done so can I suggest you try changing the default download preference to SD in

Re: Unable to Download "Standard Definition" programme
Exactly what I was looking for and it's worked thank you!! Side note: incredibly sneaky of Sky to automatically sign post you to spend more money and upgrade when it's just a settings change that needs to be done!! Wonder if this would be deemed appropriate by Ofcom 🤔

Re: Unable to Download "Standard Definition" programme
Nothing sneaky and sometimes Sky will need to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts. This link explains more:

Re: Unable to Download "Standard Definition" programme
Thats useful to know!! Thanks for sharing link which explains. Shame its not that clear when using the system and the call to action is to actually make a purchase!
