I have had my sky q box connected to my ultra Hd tv for approx two years but occasionally I get error saying it can't detect an ultra Hd tv with error code UH001 . I have been able to change this previously back to ultra Hd but this time it isn't and keeps going back to 1080.
I have a Samsung tv, any ideas on what could be causing this and how to stop it would be appreciated

Using cable that came with sky q box, same cable as was connected yesterday when it was working fine, nothing has changed connection wise

I've done nothing apart from reset tv and it has now connected as ultra Hd! Not sure if the issue is with tv or sky Q box but very frustrating when it happens 😩

TV's aren't 'dumb' any more. They have complicated software (firmware), settings and memory buffers etc. A 'reboot' of a TV is sometimes required, just like the Q box...
