Ultimate TV Add on

I noticed i have this add on, on my bill, which I didn't know I was paying. It's seems to be for Netflix, but I already pay for a Netflix account so have i been paying out twice?

Signing into the Netflix app on Q, Glass or Stream with existing Netflix credentials should transfer billing to Sky automatically.
