Hi so i have sky q .. a uhd tv new (samsung) and in films the picture is great no issues. Watching sky sports ie cricket golf football is great other than when the camera changes to a close up shot, i get a very poor shadow around players heads etc driving me mad as not consistent. Ive been in touch with Samsung - they so nothing doing, ive been to sky they say if other channels work what can they do, ive changed hdml, ive changed settings , turned sharpness down
To stress its only on the close up picture on the sports channel and not standard distant shots, same with cricket and golf, the movies have no probs whatsoever so cant be tv ? Any clues ??
