UHD won't work

With lots of phone calls to India And an engineer call to my house UHD won't work. Keeps saying I need to upgrade? 4 weeks now. Sky cannot help... Anybody have the same problem 😕

@Anthony801 what error messages are you getting and what have you tried 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
