UHD - still being charged, but now I cannot watch UHD Sport.
I have had a UHD Package for some time, and up until a few weeks back I was able to watch Premier League games in UHD (Legacy Premier League pack).
Suddenly, those channels come back "You are not subscribed to this channel" and require me to upgrade to the Full Sky Sports pack (an additional £14 a month) to receive the same UHD content I have had for the last 2 years...
Sky Q box, checked and it's set to 2160 UHD, nothing has changed on my account nor my setup, rebooting the box does not work either.
Any advice?

Exactly what I needed to hear.
Now, if you would be so kind as to suggest HOW?
I spent about 2hrs going around in circles with the FAQ, "Contact Us", the Chat Bot, and they all sent me here for help - with no human person every having looked at my issue.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
