UHD cuts off

Sky Q 2TB box, whenever I set picture resolution to UHD the picture cuts out until I go back to HD.

Sounds like your TV doesn't support UHD?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Onsite+gym   Are you using the Sky Q  supplied short HDMI lead?
