I’m having a bit of trouble with Sky U & Gold today. Whenever I try to log in and request a password, it seems to hang for about half an hour before turning off. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Exactly what are you trying to log in to?

You don't need to log in to watch U&GOLD on your Sky Qbox

Im having to put my pin in to watch u&gold which i never have before and also on the TV guide it saus waiting for tv schedule

It seems normal for me on my SkyQ box - just tried, and I have full listings in the EPG.

I would try rebooting the box.

So times you have to put your pin if the programming is rated over 18 , I have seen that on Sky Atlantic but rearly on u&gold

Yes, and the broadcast I saw was an old repeat of "Only Fools and Horses". All perfectly normal and not an 18-rated programme.

The fact that the EPG guide wasn't populated with data, is a massive red flag that there's something wrong on that box, not at UK Gold's end, which is why I suggested a reboot.
