I haven't had sky for 7 weeks and see the light engerner been out today I have only got basic to package and they said to contact you

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

After that length of time without signal a Q box might well be unhappy.

 

You might need to persevere with finding a support person who has heard of See The Light and its association with Sky though.
