@Uz99 With such little information it will be almost impossible to help.

Is it your actual TV that isn't working or your Sky box?

What is actually happening when you try to use your TV or box?

What Sky service do you have?

If it's the box that isn't working have you tried rebooting it?

Sky q box - no picture or sound but box light is green

My family will beat me up if I don't fix this. They can't survive without tv. No picture but box light cones on green. Box is making an unusual regular noise

By putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
