I have paid my bill and 10 hours later still no tv rang up and still nothing

You may have to wait for the payment to clear - did you also set up a recurring payment?

 

if the payment was particularly late then you also need to pay next month's bill too.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
