Tv signal

I have signal issues not able to view my movie channels. Sky channels Comedy Central and channel four. 
it's been like this for a few weeks initially put down to the storm. But has never resolved.

If the storm moved the dish slightly out of alignment then the reception issue will exist until the dish is manually realigned by a suitably skilled person with an appropriate signal strength meter: it cannot fix itself.

 

You'll need to book with Sky and wait for local installer availability, or pay an independent contractor.

Hi @MrFitzp 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
