Tv screen message asking if someone could pair with my acvount

A message appeared asking if Charles could pair with my ?? (Didn't see the word before it disappeared)

 

underneath was two boxes and when I grabbed the remote the message disappeared 

 

I don't know if yes or no was highlighted. I'm very disturbed about this. Never happened before.

That message might be being produced by your TV and might not be anything to do with your Sky Q box, it might be something to do with someone nearby using gadget that for some reason is doing this.

I'd think someone within wireless range inadvertently picked an incorrect device to attempt a screen share with.
