We have sky Q. Impossible watching tv today as loads of interference. Windy day and next door neighbours tree is encroaching on our dish would this cause problem?

It certainly could. Anything obstructing the signal path from the satellite to your dish may can cause signal disturbances.

It certainly could. Anything obstructing the signal path from the satellite to your dish may can cause signal disturbances.

All Sky could do is move the dish to somewhere else so that the tree didn't interfere with the signal, assuming, of course, that such a place exists.
Other than that, you could ask your neighbour to cut the tree.
