Hi @Ray19611 

Regarding your broadband and WiFi not reaching the whole hours you need to contact your broadband supplier.

If you have picture breakup you need to establish if it is live Satellite TV where you have the issue or On Demand and streaming.

Also if it is only on Playback of recordings this is a different issue.
