I'm not a techy person. But if you don't query what sky are providing each year, it appears they simply slap on big cost rises which, TBH, nearly gave me a heart attack when I discovered what they've put it up to.
I simply want to talk to someone so my bill doesn't give me palpitations when I see it. *Sky* contact me when they're trying to get me to add stuff to my subscription but won't transfer me to the section where I could get my contract (which is running out) onto a more manageable basis). I simply can't find the contact details, where I can discuss my basic subscription, on this website & the suspicion has to be that this is deliberate. Easy to add but almost impossible to reduce. Though that may just be my lack of tech-savvy.
I am seriously thinking of just cancelling it as I just can't afford the ridiculous rises they've slapped on since I started. Tell me how (the phone number) to contact you to discuss my subscription to work out how I can reduce it or I am going to cancel. You've slapped on such a rise that you've made it cost effective for me to try to look into other options (inertia is a real thing but so is panicking about a madly rising cost.....)

The annual price rise across the ISP industry in April 2023 was based on the official figure for CPI in December 2022, which was an unusually high 10.5%
Some ISPs then added a percentage on top of this: Sky did not.
Note this annual increase is separate to a service reverting to its normal list price at the end of an initial discounted period (typically 18 months)

A comical excuse for price hikes, verging on larceny.
Prices should drive inflation calculations, not the other way round.

Last year it was 75- this year it is 92 WITH deals. **bleep** is that almost 30% rise?
I also note there's still no phone number to talk with another human being about precisely what I am being charged for.
And why is it so very, very difficult to get hold of a person who can talk through a contract price (if I want to continue with sky.....).
I keep getting directed onto automated loops asking irrelevant questions.
Why is the only person available only able to talk about adding subscriptions but not reducing it?

Ironically, it's the same number to cancel as it is to discuss your subscription.
