Trying to get discovery plus on my sky q

Hi I'm trying to get discovery plus on my sky q box. But everytime I try I keep getting MySky_2304 error. I've switched it of and tried numerous times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As the very first step with DiscoveryPlus,  did you subscribe through Sky Marketplace?

Yes I clicked on it in the shop. Then just takes me to the app and says something went wrong we will be back soon with sky error mysky_2304
