Having done all the checks and resets several times, over the few weeks, I can still not use my second TV via the mini Q box. A service I am paying for. I have tried on line booking an engineer whick is what the system tells me I need to do. I have called three different numbers, tried the on line help and now this forum and am now also in a queue to try and book an engineer. Please help me book an engineer. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Stay in that queue and persevere on the phone. That will bethe route you need to take.
