Trying To Accept Sky UHD Email Offer

Received an email offer to upgrade to Sky UHD with 4 months free then £4 per month.   Clicking on the "Get Sky Ultra HD" tab and it opens my Sky Account but tells me there is "nothing in your basket".  Checked my Sky Q Box compatibility and that is fine, hardware 32B212.  Why is this so difficult?

@SteveS3

All you can do is to contact Sky to see if they can apply this offer for you, so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

https://www.sky.com/help

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

You can also contact Sky via social media:

The Sky Virtual Assistant is a bot and no help at all.

Not on social media and don't have a sky phone.  Who's trying to sell an upgrade here?

I'm not suggesting it isn't rubbish

there's a non-sky-line phone number in "need more help" or should be.
