Trouble with voice control on sky Q remote

Ok I hope I'm not going crazy. I like to use subtitles occasionally as some programmes are badly spoken or some accents can be difficult to follow. However I don't like subtitles on live programmes as the subtitles are behind. I always use voice control to switch subtitles on and off and I heard a voice say. I love you too through the remote. Yes I am shocked. I paused the tv to tell my husband and the through the remote something said some numbers ending in 7. My husband heard that and equally as surprised as i am. Anyone had a similar experience or could suggest a technical reason?
