Trouble setting up HBO Max on Sky Q

Cannot set up HBO Max on tv,. Unable to use QR codes so followed instructions via web link. This keeps saying there's a problem and can't be accessed. It's been like this for about 3 weeks. Had no trouble accessing Disney + using the same method. The link is causing a problem not a smart tv
