@Chris200 try removing the viewing card and wipe the chip with a dry soft cloth then replace the viewing card.

 

The viewing card can be found on the right hand side of the main Q box towards the front. To remove the card push it in then it should pop out replacing it push it in until it clicks in place

 

If that doesnt help 

 

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
