Text nonsense
Just received a text saying earlier issues with our Sky Q have been fixed. This is not so. After a long interaction with Sky chat bot an actual real life assistant said he could not help. This is not the level of support we as pensioners are paying 125.50 a month for. It's very, very disappointing.
