Technical issues

Our Sky Q box has stopped allowing us to download and also no longer shows recordings. If I try to download any new episodes it comes up with "because of a technical issue, your download could not be completed. Please try again later" It has been like this for the past 2 days. Any way of fixing this issue?

@KiraL Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

If the above restart does not solve your issue, try a reset of your hard drive as described here;
