Technical Fault

We rented a movie which is going to expire tommorow and we are trying to watch it and it is saying 'There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later.' every time we try to watch it. We tried to reset the sky q box but it didn't work.

Hi @yasmin84 

Are you trying to watch the movie from the Recordigs section?

If so I cannot see why you get a technical Channel fault if you are not watching it from a Movie channel.
