Tech issue on all channels

For a week now the tv has worked intermittently.  It is pixelating and then eventually the screen goes blank and 'There is a technical issue with this channel' appears.  This is on all channels, but the tv schedule still appears and I can watch recordings and apps.  Sometimes the screen goes blue and the tv schedule disappears too.  I have rebooted the router and the sky q box.  I have also done a soft reset on the sky q box to no avail.
