Tech Error

Keep getting the message 'Texhnical Error Please Try Again Later'

If a tech error is known why isn't there a reason / ETA for a fix ? Any comms would be better than letting subscribes getting annoyed !!!

Message on my 'main skybox' Stange went to bed and switch on the TV and no problems then this morning all seemed have rectified itself
