Hi @Jan641   I'm afraid that is far to vague to try and help you. No connection between the TV and Sky Q box, no connection between the Sky Q box and satellite signal, or something else. Exact error messages would help.

If I was to guess, your TV is not on the correct input for the Sky Q box. Use the input button (top right) on your Sky Q remote to cycle through the inputs until you find the Sky Q box.
