I'm a fairly new Sky broadband & tv customer, and not a very happy one. I have a Sky puck connected to the tv, but the tv is going blank several times a day. Gives me the message that the programme is loading, or theres no internet connection. Everything is connected correctly - why won't it work? Used to be with Virgin and this never happened. Starting to wish I hadn't moved to Sky :lia_weary-face:.
