TV Package downgrade without calling Sky
I need to downgrade my TV Package but I need to email or message someone as I'm unable to speak at the moment. Is there any way to contact Sky for a downgrade/removal via email ?

Hi @HeiHei Why don't you try Chat. Upgrade, downgrade or change your Sky products. Note Sky do not use email for customer services.

@HeiHei
You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers with additional help from Superusers like @MightyQuinn and myself.
You need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them, because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying that discounted price for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t affect another discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm).

If there are longer term health/medical issues which affect communicating with Sky, register with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are different methods of communication other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
