assuming you pay pay Sky you need to contact them directly to give 31 days notice.

Its not possible online.

If you can't do it via that link my understanding is you will have to contact whoever you pay for it, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.
