Subtitles programmed on. Dissappearing frequently. Had a new box as even the factory reset didn't work. It has just happened again! Turning the Subtitles off, back on then rebooted the box. They now work. Has this happened to anyone else please.

Hi @MollyChunky This is a 10 year old problem, there should be no need to reboot,, mine return on simple stop and start for recordings or change channel and back. Even existed on my old Sky+ boxes up to 2016 so probably a 37 year problem.
