SkyQ box screen goes black with a sound crackle and then blue buffering circle appears then returns to normal after a few seconds. Happens at least twice an hour. Only, happens on Main Box and not on Mini-Boxes.

This is what I can tell you.
SkyQ box screen goes black with a sound crackle and then blue buffering circle appears then returns to normal after a few seconds. Happens at least twice an hour. Only, happens on Main Box and not on Mini-Boxes. It happens on the Main Box when I access it around the house.
I have restared the box after following intsructions but it has made no difference. I use Control4 and our Control4 engineer has seen it for himself and confirms that it is a Main Box issue and the box needs replacing.
How do I get a replacement box please.
