Streaming pixelation

New to Sky Q. Since being installed streaming/recordings constantly pixelate. I've called Sky and run through thr gubbins with them but no improvement! I've connected with a better quality HDMI cable, tried changing the ports too. FRUSTRATING! Any advice is appreciated 🙂

Hi @Shazbag2911 Try changing the SKYQ video output to 1080p
