Streaming channels not working..

As of today, none of the streaming channel services will load content.

I mean we can log into all of them, but as soon as you click somethign to watch, there all give unavailable/not available in your country-(appleTV+) which is **bleep** since they worked yesterday.

 

Seems all channels dontt want to work (Disney+, Paramount+, Netflix, Amazon Prime and AppleTV+).

All as of today, usually a simple unplug of the power on the modem wait and then plug it back in fixed this but today it has not.

 

This comes ontop of the outage we had earlier in the week (which was nationwide). With paying over £120 a month, one does expect a good service.

 

The channels were working as of 4am this morning as i watched a couple of films, but for the past week we have had to restart the apps for them to work (an issue has occured message) but this time nothign we do works and its on every single service we have, this has to be a sky issue.

Hi @Manestream 

Did you reboot the Q box after rebooting the router.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
