Streaming Apps

I am unable to stream from iPlayer, 5, ITVx and all the other apps while using Sky, however, I can stream through my TV without Sky?  Can you help please.  I have turned my Sky Q box and router on and off.

@Fiona194  Your post has been moved from the Sky Stream board as you've posted you have Sky Q, Sky stream is a streaming TV box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
