Stop, start, restart 🤯🤯

Your angry constant stop start and restarting I've got premium to and premium broadband and it is diabolical worse depending on weather but how when the cables are not in the weather they are underground? Awful £200 per month for nothing but disappointment!

@Jen2102  You need to be much more clear on what your having an issue with as you mention cables in the ground which presumably is broadband, but have posted on the Sky Q board witch receives it's live channel via a satellite dish.

 

What service are you referring to?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
