Stolen

I put my package out containing my sky Q that I was returing  and put it out for collection with Royal Mail but the package has now been stolen by someone?

So you left it outside and didn't hand it to the Royal Mail staff member?

Hi @Wood7   I am afraid you are only telling other customers. No doubt Sky will be charging you a non-return fee.

How do you know it was stolen?

You will be charged non return fees for each piece of equipment not returned. From Skys own website...

 

What you'll be charged

The charge depends on what equipment you haven't returned to us.

Sky Q:

  • Sky Q 1TB box - up to £117
  • Sky Q 2TB box - up to £135
  • Sky Q Mini box - up to £52

Sky Broadband:

  • Sky Gigafast+ Hub - up to £112
  • Sky Max Hub - up to £75
  • Sky Broadband Hub - up to £53
  • Sky Max Pod - up to £58
  • Sky Broadband Booster - up to £33
