@Billybob987 If you are asked to return Sky equipment then all the information you need is in this link

If you are using the Royal Mail print at home option they send you an acknowledgement email almost immediately telling you the next step is to print the label BUT there is no link or attachment to print the label, this is sent in a separate email, in my case it went into my junk file.

REMEMBER KEEP your proof of posting.
