Still using sky dish but would like it removing and going wireless?
I was speaking to a Sky engineer today and. I told him I would like to get a handyman or woman to remove my sky dish completely as I will be getting my house painted soon. He had a look ay my Sky Q box and told me the wires from the dish come in to our room and go into the back of the Sky Q box so I would need to be become wireless first so it connects wirelessly from the router in the other room.
Does anyone know how I go about this? No-one seems to have Sky dishes anymore and I want to remove it before I get my house painted but still want to be connected to Sky but wirelessly instead. What do I ask Sky to do please? A bit confused?

I think you've misunderstood the advice. To remain with Sky Q you need a working satellite dish. There is no wireless functionality.

You would need to ask Sky to switch you to their Sky Stream service. This uses your broadband to receive TV services but it is very different in terms of functionality compared to Sky Q.
