Still Without Discovery+
Well its nearly a year since I rejoined Sky Q and also a year without Discovery+. Sky have done nothing to solve the issue. I have reported them to CISAS who found in my favour and awarded me £100 + updates to the problem from Sky - the last one I received was in March 2024.
The CISAS report stated - Sky did not act reasonably, short comings of missed calls and premature closing of my complaint. Sky have caused incovenience and stress to the customer which has been significant. CISAS also stated that whilst Discovery+ is no part of the subscription but the prolonged unavailability means Sky is not providing something it said it would and Consumer Law gives the customer a right to a price reducion.
Whoever reads this DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! Sky are rubbish and need to be brought to task for their incompetence.

I've had free Discovery+ with Sky since November 2020 well before it was included with my Sky TV subscription so from my point of view they aren't what you say incompetent
