Status = Satellite signal unlocked?

No satellite signal

status is showing  satellite signal unlocked

gone through all the advice reboot/ checking connections etc

That's a bad thing: it indicates the dish is not receiving an appropriate signal (as in 'locked on target')

 

You'll need to book a fault with Sky to get an installer to attend and check the dish alignment.

@Kathy20 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box
