Standby still

Despite rebooting my sky Q box repeatedly it is still not functioning properly. I've called tech support, the automated system sent me in a lovely circle of things I've already done to no avail. Other than unplugging the sky q box and leaving it off for 30 seconds yet again is there anything else I can do. Does someone in the community have an phone number for the tech support team that will put me through to a human? Thanks guys

The same number you called. 

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Green light is on, but nothing showing on the TV, its like it was the other night when lots of people (including me) had this issue, its just not resolved for me.

@DavidPR1 just a thought it may not help but when your box is on with the green light on  try pressing the following on your remote the home button 1080 then the home button again

I unplugged it from the wall over night and reconnected it this morning, so far it's been working fine.
