Spotify stuttering
Recently upgraded to Sky fiber and since then I've had a few issues. Most recent one is when listening to Spotify on my Sky Q box, the song will stutter several times. It doesn't cut out, it just stops for less than a second and continues. The other issue is the voice light will randomly turn amber and we lose internet connection. Not sure if issues are related but only got fiber last week and now Spotify is playing up. Not used Spotify on Sky Q box for a while so not sure if this is a new issue or not

On your Spotify issue.
Have not seen any recent posts here on any problems like this with Spotify.
See you have a fibre connection, so assume you have a good wifi or ethernet connection from your Sky Q box to your router.
To find out if your Sky Q box is getting a good speed, try a network speed test on the Sky Q box,, when the stuttering occurs.
Launch Netflix from the Sky Q box (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network to run the test.
Also, might be worth, refreshing your Sky Q apps;
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
