Never heard from her again mate  I did email viewer relations which resulted in a corporate non-speak reply that basically said 'we don't care'

Not only do Sky listen to customers who tell them they are doing the wrong thing, now they double down on stupidity. The weather sidebar has gone the same way as the Sports sidebar.....so now we have no quick, uninterrupted views of Sport or weather....sidebar button now redundant!

Spot on ....😡.. I've just had a reply after complaining again about the weather sidebar being removed (along with the Sports) and they believe they've improved this by giving you an App instead.... REALLY???? You're absolutely right, Sky do not care or listen to their customers. BRING BACK THE WEATHER AND SPORTS SIDEBAR.
