Spider Noir - cannot select format on Q mini box

Hi

 

We are unable to select the colour/b&w option on Spider Noir on the Amazon Prime app on Sky Q mini box.

 

when we press select to play it presents both options but we can't choose - both are highlighted white. 

Anyone else had same issue or now how to select?

I have exactly the same problem with sky +

 

It works on prime app on tablet

It works via fire stick in another tv with app 

It works via app on smart tv

 

There the problem is sky's.

Yup same here. I can only watch in black and white. No option to change over.

Experiencing the same issue ...not sure how to force an app update but I imagine this is the issue... let me know if you sort it

I've done that but can take 24hours to update.

 

Go to settings type 001 and select then you can hit refresh apps.

 

Guess I'll now tomorrow if it's worked.

 

imho we should in the sky settings be able to see the app version.

App update didn't make any difference to me

A Sky Q software update fixed this problem for me. Press Home on your Sky Q remote and navigate to Settings > System info. Highlight Software version, select Setup, and choose Software download. The download will take about 10 minutes. Put the box in Standby to complete the installation.
